info-xref.el: Update for Texinfo 5 change in *note format

* lisp/info-xref.el (info-xref-node-re, info-xref-note-re): New constants.
(info-xref-check-buffer): Use info-xref-note-re.

* test/automated/info-xref.el: New file.
